Chiefs and company officers carry the weight of life safety, regulatory compliance, personnel management, federal reporting, and budget accountability — often with minimal administrative support and aging tools. Archangel Intelligence Systems exists to change that. We build hybrid AI agents that absorb the administrative burden so department leaders can focus on what they were called to do.

Co-Founder & CEO
Michael McCabe
Michael is a 45-year fire service veteran with experience spanning career, volunteer, and combination departments across municipal and county agencies. He has served as a firefighter/paramedic, company officer, hazardous material taining officer, and department administrator, giving him firsthand knowledge of every administrative burden that pulls chiefs away from leading their departments.
While Michael served as the Education Program Specialist with the U.S. Fire Administration and the National Fire Academy, he developed a deep understanding of federal fire service policy, grant programs, and NERIS/NEMSIS reporting requirements. He is a graduate of The NFA Executive Fire Officer Program.
Michael also holds a Masters Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology from teh University of Maryland Global Campus.
He currently serves as Deputy Coordinator for a regional emergency management agency in Pennsylvania.
His frustration with the lack of purpose-built administrative tools for fire and emergency service agencies led him to co-found Archangel Intelligence Systems — bringing together his operational experience and his vision for AI that genuinely serves the people who serve their communities.

CHUCK FACE
Chuck Face brings more than a decade of cybersecurity expertise to Archangel Intelligence Systems, with a career spanning both national defense and private-sector security environments. His experience includes three and a half years supporting operations at U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), where security, resilience, and operational reliability are mission-critical requirements.
That background ensures every Archangel platform is designed to meet the rigorous security and reliability standards demanded by public safety agencies. Under Chuck’s technical leadership, Archangel’s hybrid-agent architecture is not a collection of consumer-grade AI tools adapted for emergency services. Instead, it is a purpose-built, security-first platform engineered specifically for the operational realities, accountability requirements, and mission-critical environments of the fire and emergency services community.
Chuck co-founded Archangel after recognizing a significant gap between the technology available to public safety agencies and the security standards they deserve. His vision continues to guide the development of intelligent systems that are secure, reliable, and built to support those who serve on the front lines.

Kathy McCabe
For more than 30 years, Kathy McCabe has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional client service. As a Master Virtual Assistant, she has supported organizations across a wide range of industries, drawing on extensive experience in both traditional office environments and virtual operations.
Throughout her career, Kathy has partnered with software companies, leading coaches, marketing firms, and entrepreneurs, helping them streamline operations, manage critical administrative functions, and focus on their core mission. Her expertise spans executive support, communications management, project coordination, document preparation, scheduling, and client relations.
Kathy’s contributions to the virtual assistance profession have been recognized internationally, including receiving the prestigious 2013 Thomas Leonard International Virtual Assistant of Distinction Award, one of the industry’s highest honors.
As Co-Founder of Archangel Intelligence Systems, Kathy brings decades of operational excellence, organizational leadership, and client-focused service to the company’s mission of supporting public safety professionals with innovative, dependable technology solutions.
Outside of her professional work, Kathy is an accomplished herbalist, photographer, woodworker, and Reiki practitioner, reflecting a lifelong passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and personal growth.
